Working under the direction of the RN Team Lead, creates and coordinates patient schedule that maximizes hospital resources and streamlines the patients' time on campus. Accountable for distribution of appointment cards to patients/families as directed by hospital policy. Addresses patients/family's needs in person and/or over the telephone, providing exemplary customer service in all contacts. Functions as a resource person for patients, families, and/or significant others. Manages incoming phone calls and routes appropriately. Assists and directs patients/families to appropriate areas as needed.
